Except as otherwise stated, you have 14 days after receiving your order to decide if you want to keep or return you items. Returned items will be credited back to you for the full amount of the purchase price in the refund of your original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be credited or refunded when returning items.
Please note that we will only offer credit or a refund for items if they are returned to Laird International Corp. on a timely basis (within 14 days of receipt of items) and are in the same condition in which you received them. Tags must remain on the item. If you do not meet these requirements, our returned item will be regrettably forfeited. Final Sale and Clearance items are non-returnable.
If you need to exchange a regular price item for another item or another size, please treat the exchange as a return and place a new order online for the correct item or size.
