4 Easy Steps to Process Your Return
- ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT HERE or Click the profile icon in your store's menu.
- Sign In - Enter your email address and click "Continue." A six-digit verification code will be sent to your email, which you will enter to login. No password is required.
- Select Your Order - Once signed in, click "Request Return" on the order you want to return. Please note: Only fulfilled or partially fulfilled orders are eligible.
- Select Items - If the order has multiple items, please select which ones you would like to return.
- Provide a Reason - Please select a return reason. A note can be included
- Submit - Click "Request Return" to Submit your Return Request.
Once your return is authorized, a return label will be emailed to you. Print this Return Label. The Label/Return Fee is a FedEx Flat Rate of $9.95
Package your tagged & unworn items along with the original receipt or a copy of the original receipt.
Drop your package off at a FedEx Location. Once the item is received at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Original shipping charges will not be credited or refunded when returning items.

- Return requests are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Returns must be accepted, dropped off & scanned by FedEx within 30 days of receiving your order.
- $9.95 Label/Return Fee: To make your return process smooth & easy, you will be charged a low flat rate return label fee of $9.95.

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
- ONLY Full Price Merchandise is eligible for return if the return is accepted, dropped off & scanned by FedEx within 30 days of receiving your order. NO Final Sale Merchandise is eligible for Return.
- Product must be in original condition (never worn, washed, or altered) and have the original tags attached.
- All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or copy of original receipt.
- If you do not meet these requirements, your returned item will be regrettably forfeited.
When returning orders that included any promotional Gifts with purchase:
- Promotional gifts with purchase must be returned to receive a full refund to your original form of payment or the value of the free gift will be deducted out of the refund.
- You may keep the promotional gifts with purchase if your order spend level (excluding tax) would still qualify after your return is processed.
